Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, loading and unloading materials, and setting up necessary equipment. Help with the installation of structures by carrying materials, mixing concrete, and assisting skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, or electricians. Operate basic tools and machinery safely under supervision, including hand tools, power tools, and small equipment. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your teammates. Support site cleanup efforts to ensure a tidy and hazard-free workspace at the end of each shift. Assist with measuring, marking, and layout tasks as directed by supervisors or project plans. Contribute to team efforts by maintaining a positive attitude and demonstrating reliability on every task. Report any safety concerns or equipment issues immediately to supervisors to uphold safety standards.

Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward collaboration.
