Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, ensuring safety, and maintaining high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety standards. Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Follow blueprints, drawings, and instructions to complete assigned tasks
- Support the installation of structures, framing, drywall, flooring, or other building components
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and site cleanup
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques is advantageous but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors
- Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is a plus but not essential

Pay: $23.98 - $28.87 per hour
