The Project Coordinator assists the Permit Manager with all aspects of starts, compile all information relevant to starts, update starts maps, create forms, sign off receipts, create work order notifications and process proposals.

Your Responsibilities On The Team
- Work with DRE Manager to select home sites and set up on Smartsheet.
- Verify addresses are correct and match in all systems.
- Check Z-Options 2 weeks before ROC receives starts.
- SOP/JDE check to ensure start information is correct before sending to ROC.
- Complete Starts monthly checklist.
- Update Starts maps to be current at all times, published for Division and Corporate access.
- Create work order notification from proposals received; process proposals through DocuSign; maintain Smartsheet with approved DocuSign and workorders.
- Coordinate inquiries with consultants; submit to accounting for contract processing.
- Scans work order requests to DocuSign for approval.
- Sign off receipts in a timely manner.
- JDE input (plan/elevation/swing/inventory/model “S” vs “M”).
- Update PowerPoint presentations as directed.
- Update and maintain all written receipt and proposal processes.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- One (1) year experience in the building industry preferred High school diploma or GED required. Equivalent work experience may be considered
- Experience with public agencies a plus
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must possess professional attitude to represent company in a positive manner with customers, subcontractors and municipalities
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
- Follow directions from a supervisor
- Interact well with co-workers
- Understand and follow posted and distributed work rules and procedures
- Accept constructive feedback
- Team player

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies and materials weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment. Will operate a motor vehicle.
