Job Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Plumbing Project Manager with a background in commercial plumbing for tenant improvements and special projects. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering and demonstrate sales, estimating, and project management expertise. Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Project is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing commercial plumbing projects from planning to successful completion.
- Develop accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets effectively.
- Maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Utilize Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid to track and monitor project progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing project management.
- Proven skills in estimating, sales, and project management.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Project is required.
- A local and stable work history in the Orange, CA, is a must.
