Salary : $40 -$55 per hour depending on experience + performance based bonus

Job Summary

LimeBricks is seeking honest, reliable, versatile and experienced Handyman to join our team. This is a full time or contract to hire role with full time commitment. In this position you will be responsible for doing repair and maintenance work for our residential customers. The ideal candidate will have physical stamina, technical expertise, 10+ years of handyman experience and good customer interfacing skills.

Job Responsibilities

Perform home maintenance assessments
Explaining details of work and the need for any additional maintenance and repairs to home owners
Carry on home maintenance tasks like minor repairs, faucet/outlet replacement, pressure washing, cleaning windows, caulking windows and showers, drywall patching, gutter cleaning and painting
Basic plumbing work like unclogging drains and toilets, replacing toilets, fixing small leaks, faucet change and water heater flush
Installation and minor repair of home appliances. Replacing light switches, outlets and light bulbs
Updating work tracker and providing status update on the jobs to the supervisor
Assist with hiring, training and evaluating handyman team members.
Collaborate with supervisors to improve service delivery. Improve service by providing regular feedback and suggestions based on experience in the field.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on handyman experience.
Experience doing service calls for residential customers.
Proven leadership and team-building skills. At least 3 years of experience building and leading teams.
Experience as a building/apartment lead handyman, home inspector or handyman manager desired.
Excellent communication and customer interfacing abilities, Experience with customer facing sales/service roles is highly desired.
Background check required
Valid Drivers license
Must have their own service truck
Able to work on the roof, move heavy materials and climb ladders
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
