Preconstruction Manager

Wolf Works LLC is a locally owned and growing construction company looking for an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join our team.

This is an office-based construction management position responsible for helping take projects from initial pricing through planning and into construction. We are looking for someone who understands construction, is highly organized, and can manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.

What You'll Do

Prepare estimates and price construction projects
Review plans, specifications, and project scopes
Request and review subcontractor and supplier bids
Develop project budgets and cost breakdowns
Assist with contracts, change orders, and project documentation
Build and maintain project schedules
Set up and manage projects in Buildertrend
Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and our field team
Assist with ongoing construction management and project coordination

What We're Looking For

Construction estimating, preconstruction, or project management experience
Strong understanding of construction processes
Ability to read construction plans and specifications
Experience pricing and managing bids
Strong computer and organizational skills
Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software
Excellent communication and follow-through
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
