Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Duties

Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage phone systems, including answering calls, transferring calls, and taking messages.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing documents, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating documents.
Proofread correspondence and other documents for accuracy and clarity.
Assist with various office tasks as needed to support firm members.
Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of information.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.

Qualifications

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with office phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, especially Spanish, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred but not required.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills.
Ability to type efficiently and accurately while multitasking.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
