Overview
EdiPhy Advisors, a leading provider of knowledge-based services to the healthcare industry, is currently recruiting for Clinical Data Entry Clerks to work onsite, in our Liberty Park office. Full and part-time candidates will be considered.
To be successful in this role, you should be an efficient, detail-oriented self-starter with a professional demeanor. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our data and supporting lines of business with their information needs.
Duties
- Work in a variety of systems to locate, enter, verify, and submit electronic data with ease
- Ensure completeness of data
- Work with legal, technical and management staff to organize and provide information for internal and external use.
- Support our services by embracing standards of excellence, timeliness and accuracy
- Participate in quality checks and other team meetings
- Communicate promptly and professionally across platforms including Outlook, Zoom and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues
- Adapt to new processes, guidelines, benchmarks and assignments
- Meet daily goals for productivity and accuracy
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment with a focus on data entry or administrative tasks is preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, technical and data charting skills--Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to compliance, discretion and confidentiality
- Courteous, respectful and positive demeanor in all interactions
- Excellent keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy in transcribing information
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
