Job Title: Front Desk Agent
Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent phone etiquette, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate room assignments
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
- Laundry Duites and light cleaning
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
