Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist students with homework assignments.
- Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate educational activities and games.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage the development of essential study skills in students.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students’ progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or childcare is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to create a supportive learning environment.
- Basic knowledge of child development and educational best practices.
- Ability to pass background checks and meet all state licensing requirements.
Schedule:
- Part-time position, typically from 1:30 PM to 6 PM on weekdays. Tuesday's 12pm-6pm.
