Our firm is looking to hire an Entry Level Customer Service Representative in the Miami area as soon as possible! We are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to bring their inspiration and innovation to our in-store telecommunications service development.
As the Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will work inside popular retailers on behalf of our clients in the telecommunications industry. Through training on client protocol and customer service and sales strategies, you will assist in bolstering demand and engagement for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in a retail position who is looking to further their career and learn various new skills in the process.
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers inside large retailers to generate interest in our client's available products or services
- Use your active listening skills to build rapport with customers inside retail stores and increase future brand loyalty
- Stay up to date on our clients, their products and services, and any current promotions available to retail members
- Meet with fellow associates to brainstorm, report what has and has not been working, ask questions and participate in continuous training sessions at our office
- Other tasks may be assigned
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Active listening skills and the ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner
- An eagerness to learn new skills and continue developing professionally
- Critical thinking skills & the ability to think on your feet
- Experience working in a retail, sales, hospitality or customer service based role preferred but not required
- Public speaking and presentation skills are preferred
- Must stay up to date on our clients services and promotions
