We are growing and searching for a skilled Maintenance Technician at our apartment community in Riverdale, GA. Successful Maintenance Technicians come from a variety of industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, apartment maintenance, and other related industries. Skill set should include general knowledge and experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Specific areas for which the Maintenance Technicians are responsible include but are not limited to:
- Completing all maintenance requests assigned on a daily basis
- Assisting the Manager in punches and other tasks as needed
- Turning in all maintenance requests to the Manager at the end of the day during which the work was completed and informing the Manager of any matters which need attention
- Maintenance projects as needed
- Performing any additional duties as assigned by Community Manager
- Performing other tasks or requests consistent with fulfilling company objectives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
