Java Owl Coffee House in Nassau Bay is looking for a few motivated individuals to join our Java Owl team and provide CARE, COMMUNITY and COFFEE
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. All new team members start in a support role regardless of experience- this gives everyone a chance to learn our many product recipes and preparation methods. Motivated, energetic, and consistently growing team members will have the opportunity to learn every position as they consistently. Hourly pay does not include tipshare (Tipshare eligible after successful completion of training)

Qualifications

*18 years or older *Reliable transportation *Ability to identify and act on opportunities in customer service, drinks quality, and team building. *Able to. adapt to constantly changing flow and operations- RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE A PLUS. *Flexible schedule - MINIMUM 4 SHIFTS PER WEEK (INCLUDES FRIDAYS AND. SATURDAYS)
