Job Description As a Fire Mitigation Specialist, you’ll use your expertise to restore residential and commercial properties impacted by fire and smoke damage. You’ll play a key role in managing restoration projects, ensuring quality, and delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fire and smoke damage assessments and implement restoration plans.
- Perform cleaning, deodorization, and structural repairs as needed.
- Operate specialized restoration equipment effectively and safely.
- Document project details and progress for insurance compliance.
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians, as necessary.
Requirements:
- FSRT (Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician) certification required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fire mitigation or restoration.
- Knowledge of restoration tools, equipment, and industry best practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Large Loss mitigation experience
