Position Overview:
Well established company seeking a Carpenter/Restoration Handyman to be a permanent part of our crew.

Flood Response is looking for full-time carpenters to join our team. Applicants should have a strong understanding of, and experience with: * Framing * Siding * Window Installation * Finish Carpentry * Hanging Doors * Installing Trim * Cabinets * Drywall * Painting
**Candidates need to be tooled up to perform a wide array of carpentry tasks. Reliable transportation is a must.
The desirable candidate possesses a strong background in construction with the ability to take direction, lead when necessary, and work independently if needed. A strong work ethic, creativity, and honesty are all essential qualities shared by the members of our team.
This is Full Time, Year-Round work.

- All phases of Rough and Finish Carpentry
- Cabinet Installs
- Countertops
- Flooring of all kinds
- Tub Surrounds
- Tile Work
- Window and Door Installs
- Decks
- Reconstruction
- And More!
Requirements:
- Professionally represent the Companies’ Restoration principles of honesty and integrity
- Perform drywall repairs on reconstruction jobs following a schedule as outlined by the Project Manager
- Effective communication with customers, clients, and coworkers
- Maintain an empathetic demeanor when conversing with customers and clients
- Perform assigned work repairs in a timely manner and with the highest quality
- Complete Work Orders
- Strong focus on worksite cleanliness
- Communicate with Project Coordinator & Project Manager
- Attend daily huddles to understand project scope and timelines
- Mentor and transfer your drywall skillset to the team
Qualifications:
- 5+ plus years of drywall finishing and texturing experience is required
- 2+ years of people management experience within the construction industry is preferred
- Customer Service for both internal and external parties
- Drywall experience to include: patching, skimming, texture, taping, etc.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
