THE ROLE.
As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role at the agency. You’ll be a master of coordination, organization, and communication—bringing together cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that every project meets client expectations and agency standards. Your success will be measured how well you execute projects, client satisfaction, and your ability to keep teams motivated and focused.
You will:
- Collaborate with account teams, media teams, creative teams, and stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Allocate resources, track project progress, and manage changes to scope, timelines, and budgets as needed.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback.
- Identify risks and challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to align internal teams and clients on goals and project requirements.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations by collaborating closely with all departments.
- Maintain detailed records throughout the project lifecycle, documenting project requirements, decisions made, and actions needed.
- Complete project closure activities, including final deliverables, client sign-offs, and post-project evaluations.
This role reports into the Director of Project Management and is a vital part of the Client Success department. You’ll work alongside Account Managers and other project leaders to ensure a seamless experience for clients and internal teams alike.
EXPERIENCE? YES, PLEASE.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
- You have 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in marketing, advertising, or a creative agency.
- You’re skilled in project management tools like Asana.
- You’re a natural organizer with strong time management skills and thrive when juggling multiple projects.
- You’re an excellent communicator and have a keen eye for detail, with a commitment to delivering top-quality work.
- You’re a problem solver and proactive thinker, able to anticipate challenges and find solutions.
- You work well in collaborative environments and enjoy rallying teams around shared goals.
- A PMP certification or similar is a bonus.
