We are looking for a full-time social media specialist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to help boost our online presence for a multiple family of brands including direct to consumer and business to business. You’ll create strategies and content that connect with different audiences.
Position Overview
This position requires a creative thinker with direct experience in digital advertising and a deep understanding of social media platforms. The ideal candidate will showcase a successful history of managing impactful campaigns and exhibit a strong commitment to keeping up with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Strategy Development
Create and implement innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth. This position will require working with multiple departments and marketing heads.
Content Creation
Develop compelling, on-brand content including posts, stories, videos, and graphics for platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook and YouTube.
Community Engagement
Interact with followers, respond to comments, messages, and foster a positive online community.
Analytics and Reporting
Track performance metrics and leverage data insights to drive informed decision making, optimize strategies for actionable recommendations to our internal team.
Trend Spotting
Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Collaboration:
Work with influencers, partners and internal teams to amplify campaigns and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands
Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
Proficiency in social media tools and platforms (e.g. Shopify, Canva, Cloud Campaign, Meta Business Suite, Instagram ads, google ads and Hubspot.)
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPI’s and generating reports.
Creative thinker and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
Experience with paid social advertising and video editing
