YOU
As a Purchasing Coordinator you will be responsible for maintaining buyout materials, subcontracting, as well as purchasing of office and MRO items.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manages the day-to-day procurement of sub-contracting and buyout materials via review of demand requirements. Creation and maintenance of purchase orders. (40%)
Monitor Supplier Performance through data analytics and take action when required. (30%)
Validate and manage material certification database. (10%)
Facilitate disputes between the Supplier and the organization. (5%)
Maintain purchase orders for services, utilities and labor. (5%)
Maintain purchase orders for Office and Maintenance Requisition requests. (5%)
Others duties as assigned. (5%)
Desired Skills And Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain management, preferred, or equivalent training and experience.
- Advanced computer skills with experience in MS Office, ERP and reporting systems.
- Able to foster and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams toward a common goal of providing world class customer service.
- High attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills both written and oral.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Self-starter who can work autonomously.

Pay
$30.05 - $48.08 / hour
