Kansas City area heavy/highway contractor seeks experienced job superintendent with a minimum of 5 years of experience and strong communication skills. Experience in HeavyJob project software is a plus, but not a requirement.
Responsibilities include:
- Overall project on-site management.
- Coordination of equipment/labor needs.
- Scheduling.
- Interaction with owners and engineers.
- Interaction/coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Project safety.
- Cost tracking.
- Understanding of contract document and plans.
