Responsibilities for this Arcade Service Specialist job include:
- Load and unload cargo using suitable material-handling equipment
- Maintain coin-operated amusement devices
- Able to troubleshoot and diagnose various coin-operated amusement devices
- Working knowledge of electronic and mechanical components
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Test game software and hardware
- Conduct repairs on coin-operated amusement devices
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues
- Train customers on game operation
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment
- Ability to install and maintain coin-operated amusement devices
- Inspect the unloaded cargo for any damages or irregularities
- Tally the unloaded cargo and input information onto spreadsheets
- Communicate with other dock workers to ensure safe loading and unloading
- A valid forklift license
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Qualifications:
- Previous service tech experience, preferably in arcade game consoles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Previous logistics experience is a plus
Work Schedule:
- 1st Shift Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30pm
