The Service Response Center Rep is the central communication hub, efficiently managing incoming and outgoing calls, directing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff. The Service Response Center Rep is essential in ensuring seamless communication within the hospital, especially during critical situation such as Identifying and responding to “code" situations. Assist the Patient Access with the presentation of ED patients when needed to ensure timely and promptly registration.
