Job Responsibilities
Employee maintains database of applicants and statuses within the onboarding process. Maintains regular contact with applicants to ensure timely submission of data from the applicant and applicable information flow to the applicant. Provides technical assistance and ensures compliance with all regulations and policies related to granting membership to the South Carolina State Guard (SCSG) and being hired as a part time state employee. Assists the SCSG G1 (Personnel) with tasks as required to complete administrative processing of new applicants. Keeps the Administrative Coordinator and SCSG G1 informed with regular updates. Responds to telephone callers and walk-in members/customers with courtesy and tact.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelor’s degree may be substituted for the required program experience.
