Job Title: Architectural Designer
Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer with a passion for corporate interiors and workplace design. This role is ideal for professionals with 3-8 years of experience, particularly in construction documents and detailing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit and have a strong background in commercial interiors.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed construction documents and ensure accuracy in all drawings.
- Develop and execute innovative design concepts for corporate interiors and workplace environments.
- Collaborate with project teams, typically consisting of 2-4 members, to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
- Utilize Revit to produce detailed plans, sections, and elevations.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including furniture, finishes, and equipment suppliers.
- Support both the NYC and Cleveland offices on diverse architectural projects.
Essential Skills
- 3-8 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Strong background in construction documents and detailing.
- Experience in corporate interiors and workplace design.
- Professional Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with space planning for commercial offices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to receive real-time feedback.
Work Environment: Our client's NYC office is located on Fifth Avenue and 45th Street in a brand-new facility. The office is home to 50 vibrant and energetic professionals, while the Cleveland office consists of 100 staff members, including 25 in architecture. Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
