Socket is seeking a highly skilled
Construction Coordinator to join our dynamic construction team. This role will ensure that construction projects stay within their designated budget and deadline. This position will include overseeing the technical, financial and personal aspects of all projects.

Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and comply with regulatory and quality control requirements
- Communicate and manage project expectations
- Manage Multiple stakeholders
- Anticipate and solve any issues that may arise
- Develop progress reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders and company leadership
- Conduct post project analysis and define successes and areas for improvement
- Oversee contractors
- Appropriate and detailed documentation
