Job Summary
The Senior Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. This position is responsible for managing incoming orders, maintaining clear and timely communication with job sites, and coordinating with internal teams to guarantee accurate and prompt delivery of products. The ideal candidate will always demonstrate a professional attitude, go above and beyond to support job sites, and strive to provide a seamless and positive customer experience.
SALARY RANGE: $32.00 - $35.00 hourly, $67,000.00 - 73,000.00 annually

Job Responsibilities - Create a positive and consistent customer service experience.
- Ensures a timely response to customer requests to maintain internal SLA goals for one or more regions.
- Review requests and determine products that need to be sourced from outside suppliers and vendors, while clearly communicating needs and timeframes to the Purchasing team.
- Effectively manage and communicate back orders to internal team and customer.
- Lead the development of Inside Sales Reps. Execute training plan and ensure that SOPs are available and followed.
- Weekly distribution, reporting, and interpretation of the following reports to Grizzly Leadership:
- (Internal) On Rent Reports
- (External / Vendor) On Rent Reports
- Two Hour SLA – No Reply
- Five Day SLA – No Update
- OMAT On Hand Report
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through appropriate channels in the operation.
- Creation and oversight of Delivery Drivers daily schedule.
- Lead project kickoff meetings for small projects (> $5 Million).
- Ability to be assigned to a project site as an onsite resource.
Qualifications
- Technical school certificate or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Great working knowledge of tools and equipment used in the construction industry.
- Great working knowledge of building materials, and consumables.
- Able to work with very minimal supervision and onsite at a construction project.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to effectively implement change.
- Ability to facilitate meetings.
- Ability to effectively manage conflict.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications – Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record based upon company policy.
- Strong communication skills electronically, by phone and in-person.

Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 50% of the work period while operating equipment such as computer keyboard, mouse, calculator and similar machines.
