The Senior Financial Analyst in the IT Finance team is responsible for collecting and reporting accurate IT spending analytics, supporting monthly accounting tasks, driving process improvements, and assisting with budget, forecast, and actual financial activities while advancing automation and cost management models.

Your Responsibilities On The Team
- Managing Telecom chargebacks.
- Balancing P&L and fixed assets accounts.
- Collaborating with IT product owners to understand costs.
- Supporting sourcing and vendor management with accounting categorizations.
- Recording journal entries.
- Analyzing monthly P&L against budget.
- Aiding IT leaders with forecasts and budgets.
- Handling confidential information discreetly.
- Improving financial processes as needed.
- Assist or manage financial projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years accounting/finance experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking, communication, and critical thinking skills.
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Senior Financial Analyst to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in PC applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with MetaViewer and JDE E1 Systems is beneficial.
- Project management skills are required, along with experience in addressing business problems through technological solutions.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build working relationships with all levels of management are necessary.
- Capability to apply innovative, creative, and detail-oriented approaches.
