Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Estimator located in Poway, CA. The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for creating accurate electrical estimates, preparing cost reports and managing vendor cost control for electrical proposals. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing project bid requirements, reviewing all drawings, providing detailed takeoffs, jobwalks as required and collaborating with the project management team to ensure successfull project pursuits.
Qualifications
- Experience in Electrical field installation preferred, but not required
- Skills in Electrical Estimating Takeoff and Cost Control
- Knowledge of General Contracting and Electrical, bonus if all around MEP
- Strong math, analytical and problem-solving skill set
- Ability to work collectively or independently to meet a project deadline
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, Bi-lingual a plus
- Experience using Trimble Accubid and Microsoft 365 software a must
- Work Experience in the Construction Industry is a benefit
