Mission Electric Company, a commercial electrical contracting firm based in Fremont, is currently seeking an additional Field Superintendent to join our team.

What we’re looking for…
An individual with a strong work ethic, the desire to learn, and the determination necessary to compete in this business. The qualified candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years’ field superintendent experience
- Minimum of 10 years in the construction industry
- Proven leadership track record
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of and experience utilizing National Electrical Code (NEC 2020)
- NFPA 70 experience preferred
- Familiarity with pre-task planning and job hazard analysis
- Understanding of OSHA requirements (OSHA 30 a plus)
- A safety focused attitude and the ability to foster a safe working environment
- Fluency in Microsoft Software: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- First Aid/CPR training a plus
