Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking orders, performing quality inspections, loading and off-loading delivery trucks, conducting tools and equipment inspections, and coordinating activities of the warehouse and yard.
SALARY RANGE: $26.00 - $30.00 hourly, $54,080.00 - $62,400.00 annually
(Seattle range)
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location.

Job Responsibilites
- Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring processes drive order fulfillment and on-time deliveries.
- Utilize ticketing system for order picking review, processing, and data entry.
- Report on stock depletions and recommendations for order levels.
- Perform physical inventory as directed.
- Service and clean tools as necessary.
- Ensure that tools and equipment meet all previously set specifications.
- Visually inspect materials and tools prior to shipment to job sites.
- Inspect equipment on all returns, noting any lost and/or damages on the return paperwork not previously noted.
- Return equipment to the proper bin location (i.e. maintenance, damaged, rent ready, etc.).
- Perform daily inspection and maintenance on warehouse and yard.
- General housekeeping of warehouse and exterior premises.
- Occasional delivery of materials and tools to job sites.
- Make recommendations for continuous improvements.
- Conduct Gemba walks and safety inspections.
- Complete all required training courses.
- Other duties as assigned.

Capable of traversing over construction-type terrain when under development; moving through the construction site and the materials in place for use on the site; climbing ladders and temporary stairways; conducting visual inspections of quality of construction and materials being used in construction. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
