We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead and grow our new vehicle sales department. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a strong track record in automotive sales, team development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all new vehicle sales operations
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals
- Monitor sales metrics, forecasts, and inventory levels
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive buying experience
- Work closely with finance and dealership leadership to maximize profitability
- Recruit, train, and develop new sales staff
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
