Job Summary
The Technical Support Internship provides a basic level of assistance to business partners, resellers, end-users, and internal Trimble teams relating to product information and technical support. You can expect to have a technical support internship in the following business areas: Agriculture, Geospatial, or Construction with either hardware or software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer-facing teams with implementation, support, and customer success needs as needed including with direct customer outreach
- Work closely with teams to help develop technical support and onboarding resources
- Provide input to team and manager on development of best practices
- Completion of special projects and tasks
- Learn and utilize AI tools, share learnings with team, and help team with adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experiences
- Provide end of internship presentation on key experiences
Recommended Skills & Experience
- Candidates currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Customer service or customer-facing experience
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills (Fluent in English language)
- Ability to collaborate with team members both in person and virtually
- Strong problem solving skills
Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
