Gribbins Insulation & Scaffolding is expanding our services to include Firestopping and Fireproofing, and we’re looking for a skilled professional to help lead the way.
This role is a unique opportunity to join a growing group of companies and contribute to developing services that enhance building safety and ensure code compliance. As part of the Gribbins team, you will work on a variety of construction sites and may travel to regional projects.
This position offers flexibility in location, with the opportunity to be based out of our Gribbins offices in Evansville, Indianapolis, Louisville, or Nashville.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead or assist with firestopping and fireproofing projects
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with UL systems and fire-rated assemblies
- Support estimating, planning, and project execution
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and inspectors to ensure compliance and quality
- Document completed work and maintain accurate project records
- Identify opportunities to improve installation methods, efficiency, and service offerings
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in firestopping and/or fireproofing installation or estimating
- Strong knowledge of UL systems and fire-rated assemblies
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft products, primarily Outlook and Excel
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting project needs and construction timelines
- Professional, team-oriented attitude with a focus on building long-term relationships both internally and externally
- Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to prioritize new potential customers and ongoing projects
- Clean driving record; thorough knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.
- Ability to pass a preemployment background check and drug screening
- Compensation for this role is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
