Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Home Counselor located in Greater Chattanooga. The New Home Counselor will guide prospective homebuyers through the home selection, customization, and purchase process. Responsibilities include conducting tours, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively presenting product knowledge. The New Home Counselor will also collaborate with internal teams, provide exceptional customer service, and assist in achieving community sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and New Home Sales expertise, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets
- Proven Customer Service and relationship-building skills to ensure a positive customer experience
- Experience in Negotiation and emphasizing value propositions to potential buyers
- Ability to support and assist in Training initiatives for internal teams or potential buyers
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Real estate license or relevant experience is a plus
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software tools is advantageous
