Mark Franko Custom Building is looking for an Estimator in the Richmond, VA area.
If you have estimating experience (construction or related industries), blueprint or plan reading ability, and strong communication skills, this is the job for you!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create estimates based on labor, materials, and sub-contractors that are responsive to the goals of the client.
- Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite of programs to create estimates, contracts, and other project documents.
- Meet with sub-contractors and conduct site visits.
- Negotiate with vendors.
- Handle a wide variety of projects at a time.
- Support project production staff during the execution of the work.
