Position Overview
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-focused Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing teams together, solving challenges, and ensuring that goals are achieved on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages accountability and innovation.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project processes and team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across teams.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
