Location: West Hollywood, California
Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 + Negotiable Commission

Who We Are:
Loxone is a global leader in smart home and building automation, deployed across 100+ countries by a network of certified integrators and developers. We're hiring a Senior Automation Systems Engineer who will own a portfolio of partner accounts. We're not looking for a salesperson, we're looking for the most technically capable person in the room.
What you'll do
- Support complex residential and light-commercial integrations, from design through install
- Manage technical projects with leading West Coast builders, architects, and integrators
- Grow revenue across your accounts year over year
- Raise installer execution quality in the field through hands-on support and training
- Expand adoption across our lighting, climate, energy management, access control, and audio product lines
- Run quarterly business reviews with accounts and Loxone leadership
- Partner with our regional Business Development team on key-account strategy
What you bring
- 3+ years in building automation, smart home systems, or electrical contracting
- Experience supporting or managing channel partners
- A knack for making complex technical topics simple and engaging
- A hands-on, team-first mindset
- Comfortable with occasional travel
