Position Overview
Motive Workforce is seeking a motivated and organized Commercial Plumbing Estimator / Project Manager to support our client's growing commercial tenant improvement (TI) division. These projects include tech offices, medical offices, R&D spaces, and creative commercial interiors in fast-paced construction environments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, speed, and responsibility, and who can take commercial plumbing projects from pricing through closeout while working closely with field teams, general contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Plumbing Estimating
- Review drawings and specifications for TI projects
- Perform material and labor takeoffs
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates
- Request and evaluate vendor pricing
- Prepare proposals, clarifications, and revision pricing
Commercial Plumbing Project Management
- Manage awarded projects from startup to completion
- Coordinate schedules, material deliveries, and manpower
- Track job costs, labor, and production
- Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders Attend job site and coordination meetings
- Maintain strong communication with GCs, owners, and field crews
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating and/or project management
- Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and construction workflows
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Comfortable managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, Procore and project management software (Trimble Experience a +)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits
- $110,000 - $150,000/year salary DOE

Compliance Requirements
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment
