HVAC District Sales Manager | Northern California
There’s a good HVAC territory in Northern California that hasn’t had enough attention. Around $10M in existing business, established contractor and distributor relationships, and customers who already know the products.
The opportunity is to take that foundation and grow it.
We’re working with a global HVAC manufacturer looking for a Regional Sales Manager to own the territory across Northern California and Northern Nevada.
You’ll spend your time with contractors, controls partners, and distributors, while also getting upstream with engineers and end users to create demand.
We’re looking for people who understand the HVAC/building controls world and know how to develop a territory. Product sales, controls, mechanical, or HVAC service backgrounds can all work.
Location: Ideally Sacramento-based.
Compensation: $110K–$125K base + 25% target bonus, with additional upside for overperformance + full benefits.
