Lead Product Engineer

Pay: Starting at $67 per hour/ based on experience
Position Type: Consultant (W2 only - Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship)
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Over 8 years of robust experience with .NET, C#, and SQL Server, with a proven track record in architecting and delivering enterprise applications.
- Deep expertise in Azure cloud technologies, including cloud migration, API development, and platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven SDLC workflows, utilizing tools like GitHub Copilot, Codex, and Claude to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Strong understanding of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with a talent for mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices in cloud engineering and AI integration.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization, and orchestration.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and other Azure development tools.
- Exposure to AI/ML projects and concepts.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including offshore collaborations.
