Professional Summary Experienced Electrical Design Engineer with expertise in semiconductor equipment electrical design, cable engineering, control systems, product development, and compliance. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, troubleshooting, documentation, and industrial automation technologies
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities & Expertise 1. Develop detailed cable and wiring drawings using AutoCAD. 2. Create electrical work instructions and manufacturing documentation for semiconductor equipment. 3. Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and product release activities in SAP. 4. Design, build, and validate signal, communication, and power cable assemblies. 5. Extensive knowledge of industrial connectors from major manufacturers and connector selection. 6. Design, assemble, and test Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and electrical control boxes. 7. Apply electrical safety principles in power distribution and power supply design. 8. Ensure compliance with SEMI S2, SEMI S8, and SEMI F47 standards. 9. Diagnose and resolve electrical wiring, signal integrity, and field issues on semiconductor tools. 10. Strong understanding of sensors, actuators, solenoids, pneumatic systems, motors, motor controllers, and ADAM I/O modules. 11. Design and integrate Beckhoff EtherCAT-based automation systems and possess working knowledge of Beckhoff PLC programming. 12. Knowledge of relays, timing relays, contactors, GFCIs, industrial power supplies, cable sizing, wiring practices, and AWG calculations. 13. Collaborate closely with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams to deliver complete products.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
