Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed HVAC cost estimates based on blueprints, specs, and project documents.
- Review project scopes for potential cost impacts and risks.
- Source and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and designers to ensure accurate budgets.
- Maintain and enhance cost databases with historical data for improved estimates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC estimation experience in commercial/industrial projects.
