Job Summary
The Senior IT Technician is to oversee IT Technicians and is responsible for jobsite management. Maintains ticketing system and provides Tier I and II support when needed. Works closely with IT Project Manager and Regional Leads on technology improvements.
SALARY RANGE: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually

Job Responsibilites
- Troubleshoot network problems in regional offices.
- User account creation and terminations.
- Mobilization and set up of jobsite networking and technology equipment.
- Configure jobsite connectivity equipment.
- Technical support of jobsite through duration requiring jobsite visits.
- Configuration and support of jobsite copiers.
- Oversee inventory management database.
- QA/QC imaged laptop prior to distribution.
- Assist in monitoring of software consoles that provide licenses to end users.
- Assist in monitoring of security consoles to monitor network traffic.
- Oversee regional help desk tickets for escalation and needs.
- Troubleshoot problems with office and jobsite technology equipment.
- Provide tier 3 support of escalated tickets.
- Provide level 3 security escalations for virus and phishing alerts.
- Participate in training to end users.
- Create KB articles for advanced training and support and workflows.
- Serve on IT Management committee to evaluate and define process for analysis and improvements of software and vendors.
Qualifications
- 5+ yrs. related experience or equivalent education in computer related field.
- Microsoft or A+ Certifications preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with staff members at all levels of the organization.
- Must have experience with hardware/software installation and configuration; troubleshooting; upgrading and deploying software; and maintaining network equipment.
- Ability to communicate proficiently, in both written and oral communications.
- 5+ yrs. experience with Windows, OSX, IOS and Android.
- Working knowledge of MS Active Directory.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and O365.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
