Position Summary:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to one (or more) people within specified project or office.
Responsibilities:
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail, conference room calendar, office equipment and supplies
- Document Control
- Process Contracts/Purchases orders
- Prepare and keep logs for contracts/purchase orders
- Assist with Labor Compliance/Certified Payroll
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail, supplies, office equipment
- Assist in preparing and coordinating documents, presentations, etc
- Type a variety of documents (may be highly confidential)
- Coordinate and process general administrative work (timesheets, accounts payable, purchase orders, etc)
- Perform additional assignments per managements direction
- Data Entry
- Assist with OFCCP & 16 Step Compliance
- Review Insurance Certificates and Log
Requirements:
- Office administration required
- Construction office experience or equivalent
- Light accounting
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft word and excel.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Ability to follow instructions and take initiative.
- Excellent verbal, communication and organizational skills are a must.
- Understanding of the Industrial, Civil and Mechanical construction industry would be a plus
Salary: $50K-$70K (DOE)
