As an RN Home Health, you will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care in a home setting, reporting directly to the Home Health Manager. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in home health settings, including catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) using EMR systems.
- Administer basic life support and manage airway in emergencies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and promote wellness through health coaching.
Qualifications
- Current RN License
- Proficient in patient assessment and care
- Skilled in IV insertion and catheterization
- Knowledge of EMR and EHR systems, including Epic and Cerner
- Experience in home and community care settings
- Familiarity with tube feeding and airway management
- Background in critical care or long-term care preferred
- Ability to provide basic life support and health coaching

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
