Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in various aspects of applicable to property maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, prompt and professional response to tenant service requests
- Demonstrated experience in lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and/or pool maintenance
- Flexible availability to cover on-call hours
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass criminal background check and non-DOT drug screen
- Good communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality customer care
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to follow directions and comply with all company policies
