Summary / Objective
Respond to emergency service calls to diagnose and repair problems with compactors, balers, dock levelers, etc. Jobsite visits to planned service and maintenance calls to repair, clean, inspect chutes, compactors and containers. Training and development of service & PM technicians.
Essential Functions
1. Diagnose and repair problems with compactors, balers, dock-levelers, etc.
2. Repair and replace chutes, compactor, etc. parts and products
3. Read and apply electrical schematics
4. Site and project surveys to assist with estimating jobs
5. Oversight of work tickets and technicians’ paperwork
6. Ensure technician project readiness
7. Drive and maintain company truck(s) and truck inventory
8. Provide outstanding customer service
9. As responding to emergency calls is a key component, overtime is often needed and alternating ‘on call’ times will apply.

Required Education and Experience
1. Minimum 3 years electrical/hydraulic repair work
2. Training/supervisory experience, a plus

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Experience:
- Electrical: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
