Job Description
As an Auto Claims Specialist, (formal title: Auto Property Damage Case Administrator) you will:
- Handle a caseload focused on resolving pre-litigation auto property damage claims.
- Work directly with clients, insurance companies, and third parties to ensure timely and fair resolution of claims.
- Manage all aspects of the property damage claims process, including documentation, communication, and negotiation.
- Leverage your experience to investigate claims, assess damages, and identify potential liability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a client-centered approach throughout the claims process.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience managing pre-litigation auto property damage claims.
- Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Background in auto insurance claims adjustment is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent client service.
