Your role here:

Create exceptional customer experience
Assist matching customers with the perfect phone, plan and accessories
Help us bring the Cricket brand to life in the communities that we serve.
Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals
Store operations

Compensation:

Full Time 30-40 Hours
Hourly $17.00-$23.50 (with weekly commission opportunities, plus monthly bonuses)

Qualifications

Proficiency in English and Spanish languages
Retail sales leadership experience
Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic math skills for retail calculations
Prior experience in stocking and merchandising
Familiarity with POS systems and product demonstrations
Upselling techniques and retail math knowledge
Previous experience in a grocery store setting
Supervisory experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 39 per week
