Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including forced air and boilers.
Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
Build rapport with customers and communicate clearly with teammates.
Uphold our commitment to exceptional service with a personable demeanor.

Requirements:

2+ years of field experience
EPA 608 certification
Great communication skills
Self-motivated, accountable, values high integrity, and a competitive spirit
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and collect payment
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
