Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager/Estimator for a direct hire opportunity in the greater San Diego, CA area. This role is ideal for a proven electrical construction professional who has managed larger commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout and is ready to take on greater leadership responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial electrical construction projects from award through completion, including schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
Prepare estimates, change orders, cost forecasts, and project financial updates to support profitability and successful project delivery.
Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents to identify risks, opportunities, scope gaps, and cost impacts.
Coordinate closely with superintendents, foremen, estimators, vendors, general contractors, and internal operations teams.
Negotiate pricing, manage material and equipment procurement, and support project planning from preconstruction through closeout.
Build strong client and field team relationships while mentoring junior project managers and contributing to operational improvement.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 to $180,000 per year.
